The State will exempt export tariff for environmental-friendly
products while the export tariff on some other products will be reduced
by half, according to the Circular 128/2016/TT-BTC.
The export tax on coal will rise by 3 per cent to reach 13 per cent from
July 7, prompting Vinacomin to cut its shipments by more than half to
between 400,000-500,000 tonnes a month.
